At VME DIGITAL BUSINESS LTD, customer satisfaction is a priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, so we gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items marked as Final Sale, Gift Cards, Personalized, or Hygiene-sensitive (e.g., underwear, beauty items) are non-exchangeable.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:

Contact us at support@elegantiee.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.

Ship the item back to the address we provide (customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or wrong).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Exchange Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
4. Size/Model Exchanges
We allow one free exchange per item for sizing or color issues. Further exchanges may incur additional fees.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:

Email us within 3 days of delivery

Include photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a full exchange at no cost to you
6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping in most cases.

We will cover outbound shipping for the replacement product.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if:

Items are returned in unsellable condition

Requests are made outside the 14-day period

Items fall under the non-exchangeable list
